What we collect and why.
- Order details (name, email, billing address, what you bought). We use these to take payment, deliver your access code, and keep tax records. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation.
- Access activity (your access code, a device identifier stored in a cookie, and the times your code is used). We use this to limit each code to a set number of devices and to stop misuse. Legal basis: legitimate interests in protecting our product.
- Support messages. We use what you send to reply. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
- Analytics and advertising cookies (such as the Meta pixel), only if you accept them in our cookie banner. Legal basis: consent.
Who we share it with. Our payment provider PAYPAL, our web host Hostinger, our email provider Hostinger, and, if you consent, Meta for advertising measurement. They process data on our instructions or under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it. Order records for 6 years for tax purposes. Access activity for as long as your code is active, then 12 months. Support emails for 2 years.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@firstpassblueprint.co.uk. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies. We use essential cookies (basket, checkout, and the device cookie that keeps your access code working). Optional cookies are only set after you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time through [LINK TO COOKIE SETTINGS].
