- What you are buying. A personal, non-transferable licence to access The First-Time Pass Blueprint (an online guide and four bonus guides) using one access code.
- Access. Your code works on up to [4] devices. We may switch off a code that has been shared or resold. The app needs an internet connection to unlock the first time and to check your access occasionally.
- Price and payment. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, including VAT where applicable. Payment is taken when you order.
- Digital content and your right to cancel. Access begins as soon as payment clears. At checkout you must confirm that you agree to this and that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once access begins.
- Faulty or not as described. Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If you have a problem, contact us at hello@firsttimepassblueprint.co.uk and we will fix it or refund you where the law requires.
- Not official, no guarantee. The guide is independent and is not endorsed by the DVSA. It is general information and preparation help. We do not guarantee that you will pass your driving test. Check gov.uk for current fees, rules and dates, and follow your approved driving instructor’s advice.
- Our content. The guide is protected by copyright. You may not copy, resell, share or publish it or your access code.
- Liability. Nothing limits our liability where the law does not allow it. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price you paid.
- Law. The law of England and Wales applies, and its courts have jurisdiction, though if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may use your local courts.
